Vicente Del Rio

CEO / Founder

Born and raised in Mexico City, Vicente is a business man and entrepreneur, CPA by profession and chef by heart, since he was young he stated to get involved in the industry by opening taquerias in Mexico City until he got an opportunity to move to LA for his job as an accountant, Vicente left everything behind. Realizing there here no good Mexican food offerings in LA, Vicente decided to open the first Frida Restaurant in Beverly Hills where everything started. One year later The Frimex Group was born and since Vicente has worked in growing this enterprise to what it is today, a fully incorporated hospitality group, nationally and internationally acclaimed.


Clem Gatmaitan


Clem, was the former CFO of Chivas USA managing the general administration, finance and accounting. Mr. Gatmaitan has over 20 years of business experience, having held executive and leadership positions in general management, business operations and finance. He has worked extensively in the film and entertainment industry. He is a Berkeley Executive Leadership Alumnus (2009) from the Center for Executive Education at the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley. MSBA in Finance and Accounting from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California in 1993 and an MBA in Finance and General Management from the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University in 1987.


Teresa Solis

Executive Manager

As a Corporate Operation Manager, Teresa Solis joined the Frida team in 2006 and has been with the restaurant ever since. With more than one decade of experience working in the restaurant and hospitality industry, she continues to feel excited and passionate about her work. She believes that by being essential, having passion for the quality of service and loving what you do in life is the key to run a smooth corporation


Lin Wan


As a CPA candidate and a IRS certified agent, Li graduated from Fresno City College with an accounting major and an Accounting Bachelor Degree from Jiangxi Normal University of China. Li is a fluent Chinese and english speaker. With more than 4 years of experience in accounting and 2 of them specializing in the restaurant industry Li is the newest edition to the corporate team


Anna Hossepian


As a Bookkeeper, Anna H. brings 30 years of experience from Entertainment and Printing Industry; worked with multi-cultured individuals. Loves to be challenged in order to find better solutions. She believes everyday is a good day when is surrounded with family, friends, food and fun and hopes to share her valuable experience with Frimex Brands


Orlando Candanoza

Corporate Chef

Orlando is one of the oldest Frimex collaborators and one of its key employees. Back in his hometown of Mexico City, Orlando worked as a chef for one of the most renowned Mexican restaurant chains “La Valentina”. His first job in LA was Frida Restaurant in Beverly Hills as a cook and grew to executive chef. Since then he has stayed for more than 12 years, helping Vicente to create delicious dishes, bringing ideas and improving every part of the menu, now he oversees every kitchen in the groups locations.


Ricardo Solis

Director of Operations

Ricardo comes from a hotel and restaurant owner family, so since he was very young he started to get involved in the business, falling in love with the hospitality industry. He has a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management form CESSA University in Mexico and a specialization in Project Development from Lausanne Hotel Management School, Switzerland. He has previous experience in Finance having worked for an Investment Fund, helping improve its overall expertise and being a more complete and able business manager. He worked as a Director of Operations for a big restaurant group in Mexico City, overlooking the daily operations of the groups 10 locations and developing new projects. He is a previous restaurant owner and one of Frimex new additions.


Amber Rodarte

HR Manager

At 26 years old, Amber is a great swimmer and a big Steelers fan. Favorite cuisine is Mexican food. Amber started working at the age of 16 in a clothing company part time as a customer service rep, after High school she worked as a teacher assistant for 4 years while at school then found a job in Human Resources for Target managing 300+ employees where she stayed for about 4 years until she became Human Resources Manager for Frimex Hospitality Group.


Luisa Gabriela Serna

Brand Manager

Ms. Serna has a vast background in the arts, media, and culture. She was born in Mexico City, where she studied graphic design at Universidad Anahuac. Gabriela then entered the world of high-end fashion, serving as a Marketing Manager for W Magazine. In 2000, she used that experience to found her own public relations company, New Ground Partners, which has built its reputation by catering to well-known luxury brands, with headquarters in America and Mexico.


Andres Jimenez

General Manager at Cerritos

Andres, is considered as part of the backbone of our team. Andres has been manager at our Westwood, Torrance and our new posh Cerritos branch. Andres has excellent skills communication, and make sure the restaurant runs smoothly.


Juan M Padilla

Chef at Cerritos

Juan Manuel has worked with Vicente since our very first location at Beverly Hills. Mr Padilla takes pride of every dish is served at our restaurants and he makes sure asking table by table if our dishes met their expectations.


Elida Ramirez

General Manager at Torrance

Elida takes care of "Front of the House" making sure every single guest has an extraordinary experience at Frida Del Amo, has been working in FRIDA for more than 2 years.


Mayra Mejia

General Manager at Westwood

Mayra has been working in FRIDA RESTAURANTS for more than 6 years with experience in customer service and team management. Mayra is our new asset at Westwood location, she has great communication and leadership skills.
